Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring high-quality talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, workforce plans, and desired candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, referrals, and talent pipelines.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring activity, market trends, and pipeline status.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and service providers when required.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, employment legislation, and best practices.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and support activities that enhance the organisation's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or talent management.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Data-driven approach with experience producing recruitment reports and insights.
  • High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience recruiting across corporate, technology, commercial, or operational functions.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or multinational environment.
  • Professional certification in recruitment or human resources is advantageous.
