The employer is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through the hiring process.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Manage vacancies across operational and corporate functions and partner with hiring managers on role requirements and priorities.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments; coordinate interviews and support a professional candidate experience.
- Build candidate pipelines, maintain recruitment records and candidate information, and update the ATS accurately.
- Support hiring for new openings, seasonal needs, and ongoing operations; maintain relationships with hospitality talent.
- Update hiring managers on progress and pipelines, and support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and talent attraction when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment; hospitality-sector experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience recruiting operational and corporate hospitality positions, using sourcing skills and LinkedIn Recruiter or other recruitment platforms.
- Good understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proactive, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- UAE-based candidates with local hospitality recruitment experience are required.
