Overview
- Recruitment and selection of suitable employees into the designated Business/Technical Unit. · Ensuring all recruitment positions have an up-to-date job description and are evaluated accordingly.
- Ensure all recruitment documents are processed as per company policy.
- Make recommendations where appropriate regarding improvements to existing HR policies, procedures and systems.
- Maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/ confidential data in the HR Department.
- Develop an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Prepare periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishments.
