Overview
- نبحث عن أخصائي استقطاب مواهب للانضمام إلى فريق الموارد البشرية، بحيث يكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة عمليات التوظيف واستقطاب الكفاءات بما يتماشى مع احتياجات الشركة وخططها التشغيلية.
- المهام والمسؤوليات:
- إدارة عملية التوظيف بالكامل (من الإعلان حتى التعيين)
- نشر الوظائف عبر المنصات المختلفة واستقطاب المرشحين المناسبين
- إجراء المقابلات الأولية وتقييم المرشحين
- التنسيق مع مدراء الأقسام لتحديد الاحتياجات الوظيفية
- متابعة مؤشرات التوظيف وتحسين جودة الاستقطاب
- بناء قاعدة بيانات للمرشحين المحتملين
- ضمان الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الموارد البشرية
- المتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها
- خبرة في مجال التوظيف (يفضل في القطاع الطبي)
- مهارات تواصل عالية
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة أكثر من شاغر
- إتقان استخدام منصات التوظيف
