Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full end-to-end recruitment process across multiple departments and business units.
- Develop and execute the annual recruitment plan based on approved manpower requirements, organizational structure, and budget.
- Review recruitment requests and ensure they are properly approved and aligned with approved vacancies and workforce plans.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and role requirements.
- Manage recruitment for professional, managerial, leadership, critical, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles.
- Identify and develop effective sourcing strategies and recruitment channels.
- Manage sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, recruitment agencies, universities, and other channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability against role requirements.
- Apply structured and behavioral interviewing techniques to improve candidate assessment and selection quality.
- Coordinate technical and final interviews with hiring departments and follow up on evaluation outcomes.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipelines.
- Take full ownership of recruitment delivery from requisition through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5-7+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial recruitment role.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Strong ability to analyze workforce and recruitment needs and understand business requirements.
- Proven experience in professional, managerial, specialized, leadership, and hard-to-fill recruitment.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, including behavioral interviewing and structured selection methods.
- Good understanding of workforce planning and manpower requirements.
- Strong knowledge of ATS and recruitment tracking systems.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated experience in building or improving recruitment processes, systems, frameworks, sourcing strategies, or reporting practices.
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within retail, FMCG, consumer goods, large groups, or fast-growing organizations is highly preferred.
