Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, Banking & Finance, or a closely related financial discipline.
- Recent graduate with a strong interest in Payroll and Human Capital operations.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Willingness to learn and develop within payroll and HR operations.
Tamheer Eligibility Requirements
- Saudi nationality.
- Registered with the Human Resources Development Fund.
- Holding an eligible diploma or bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Previous work experience in the public or private sector must not exceed one year.
- Age must not exceed 30 years.
- Must not currently be employed in either the public or private sector.
- Must have remaining eligibility/training balance under the Tamheer program and must not have been excluded from the program.
- The academic qualification and specialization must be relevant to the training opportunity.
