Role Overview
Own the recruitment function end to end with autonomy and visibility across the firm.
Report directly to the Director of Operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead strategic workforce planning.
- Manage recruitment across legal, support, and operational roles from intake briefing through offer.
- Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Source and headhunt candidates across UAE job boards and professional networks.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews while supporting a professional candidate experience.
- Strengthen employer branding across LinkedIn and other channels.
- Track time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline health.
- Support onboarding and wider HR and people initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including senior and specialist roles.
- Recruitment experience in legal or professional services is ideal but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations across DIFC and the UAE mainland.
- Strong sourcing skills and confidence engaging passive candidates.
- Excellent communication skills and strong organization.
- Discretion and comfort handling confidential information.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
