Kanoony.com is recruiting a Senior Corporate Associate to join its Corporate Department in DIFC, Dubai.
The opportunity is for a lawyer with solid corporate and commercial experience who can work directly with clients and counterparties.
Core legal matters
- Handle corporate structuring and restructuring matters.
- Advise on DIFC and ADGM frameworks.
- Work on foundations, holding structures, and succession planning vehicles.
- Handle corporate governance and regulatory matters.
- Support cross-border transactions and group reorganizations.
- Work on sophisticated matters involving businesses, investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals operating across the UAE, Europe, and beyond.
Candidate profile
- The ideal candidate is a lawyer with solid experience in corporate and commercial matters.
- Strong technical skills, sound commercial judgment, and confidence working directly with clients and counterparties are required.
- The role provides responsibility, client exposure, and involvement in sophisticated corporate matters.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 25,000 per month.

- Work is performed in person in DIFC, Dubai.
