Talent Acquisition- Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for IT, R&D, Engineering, Battery/BESS, and other niche technical roles.
• Partner with business heads, functional leaders, and technical teams to understand workforce requirements and translate them into effective hiring plans.
• Drive specialized and leadership hiring, including headhunting for hard-to-find technical talent.
• Lead campus recruitment programs across Tier-1/Tier-2 institutes, including institute mapping, campus strategy, and engagement with placement teams, selection processes, offer management, onboarding, and build pipeline.
• Lead recruitment drives, assessment initiatives, employee referral programs, and other strategic sourcing channels.
• Manage and evaluate recruitment partners/agencies for niche and critical mandates.
• Drive offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and offer-to-join conversion for key positions.
• Establish and monitor TA metrics including Time-to-Hire, Hiring TAT, Source Effectiveness, Cost-per-Hire, and Offer-to-Join Ratio.
• Contribute to employer branding, market mapping and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the organization’s positioning among technical talent.
