Experience

  • Typically 5–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in quality audits, root cause analysis, CAPA, supplier quality, and customer complaint handling.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or team coordination role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Knowledge of inspection methods, testing procedures, and quality documentation.
  • Proficiency in 7 QC Tools, 8D Problem Solving, 5 Why Analysis, and CAPA.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Understanding of FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA is desirable.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Reduction in internal rejection and rework rates.
  • Reduction in customer complaints and repeat defects.
  • Supplier quality performance and incoming rejection rate.
  • Timely closure of CAPA and audit observations.
  • Compliance with inspection plans and quality procedures.
  • Improvement in first-pass yield and overall product quality.
