Job Title: Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist (Real Estate Brokerage)

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist to support the growth of our real estate brokerage.

This role focuses on recruiting high-performing property consultants while ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with the fast-paced nature of the real estate market in Dubai.

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Property Consultants, Sales Managers, and support staff
  • Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking events
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on sales potential, market knowledge, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with management
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate agents
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top brokers in the market

Hr Operations

  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for brokers and employees
  • Prepare employment contracts, commission structures, and offer letters
  • Maintain employee records, visa documentation, and HR systems
  • Coordinate with PROs for visa processing, labor cards, and Emirates ID
  • Support payroll, commission payouts, and attendance tracking
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and real estate regulations (e.g., RERA requirements)
  • Assist in drafting HR policies and internal procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR, preferably within real estate brokerage
  • Strong recruitment experience, especially in hiring sales profiles
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and real estate market practices
  • Familiarity with HR systems and CRM tools used in real estate
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Preferred Skills

  • Experience hiring high-performing real estate brokers in Dubai
  • Understanding of commission-based structures and incentive plans
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-pressure environment
