OIA Properties is a fast-growing real estate company with a strong presence in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We are currently seeking an experienced Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and build strong client relationships
- Generate leads and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Negotiate deals and close transactions successfully
- Stay updated on market trends and available inventory
Requirements:
- Proven experience in UAE real estate is a must
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a sales-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
