TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE

Role purpose

Workforce planning and vacancy control

• Support workforce plans and validate requests against approved structures, manpower plans, budgets, and business needs.
• Monitor approved, pending, and forecast requirements; identify gaps, critical vacancies, and demand risks.
• Start recruitment only for approved requirements; verify request details and maintain auditable requisition records.
• Open approved vacancies, coordinate advertisements and sourcing channels, and monitor vacancy status and delays.

Sourcing, selection, and agencies

• Source candidates through authorized channels, screen applications, assess suitability, and prepare hiring-manager shortlists.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments, document feedback and selection decisions, and follow up on pending decisions.
• Coordinate approved agencies, provide vacancy requirements, monitor submissions and performance, and escalate issues.

Offers and onboarding handover

• Coordinate approved offer information, approvals, candidate communication, acceptance follow-up, and offer records.
• Collect pre-employment documentation, coordinate applicable checks, and prepare complete handover packages for HR Operations.
• Track outstanding pre-joining requirements until formal handover is complete; post-joining HR Operations is outside the role's full ownership.

Emiratization and reporting

• Support approved Emiratization recruitment objectives by sourcing UAE National candidates and reporting recruitment needs and risks.
• Track vacancies, pipelines, recruitment stages, offers, joining status, vacancy aging, time-to-fill, and recruitment-source effectiveness.
• Prepare recruitment reports, identify bottlenecks, and maintain audit-ready recruitment records.

Candidate experience and supervision

• Maintain timely, professional candidate communication and identify improvements to recruitment quality and turnaround time.
• Functionally supervise the Recruitment & HR Operations Coordinator by allocating work and reviewing task completion and trackers.

Requirements

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce-planning activities within approved company processes and controls.
• Review CVs and applications against approved job requirements, conduct initial screening, assess job fit, and prepare qualified shortlists.
• Coordinate interviews, collect and document feedback, and ensure selection decisions and recruitment records are complete.
• Support Emiratization recruitment and workforce coordination, including sourcing suitable UAE National candidates through approved channels.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, vacancy records, and audit-ready documentation.
• Protect candidate personal information and maintain recruitment confidentiality.
• Provide functional supervision and work allocation to the Recruitment & HR Operations Coordinator.
