Job Overview

  • This role is based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

In this Talent Acquisition and Nationalization Expert position

  • Ensure consistent implementation of Resourcing initiatives, programs and tools including elements such as assessment and selection frameworks, integration with other processes and budgets.
  • Ensure maintenance and development of resourcing and candidate tracking systems.
  • Execute research on recruitment methods, channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Agencies, Universities) and selection tool.
  • Explore and contribute recruitment needs, role requirements and sourcing plan with Business Managers and oversee execution of the same.
  • Ensure processes, policies and approaches are regularly refreshed to remove bias and prevent discrimination.
  • Oversee effective workforce planning identifying and developing pipeline to meet current and future resourcing and business needs.
  • Advice and coach plans and oversee execution of achievement of desired Employer Branding and promote DHL brand.
  • Support implementation of guidelines and oversee implementation of Graduate /College Recruitment and Internship programs.
  • Contribute to design frameworks and lead implementation of On boarding processes and Induction programs.
  • Resolve issues related to Resourcing, integration of key processes and data analytics.
  • Act as the strategic lead for workforce nationalization initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and applicable local labor regulations.
  • Serve as the primary custodian of nationalization policies, requirements, and compliance obligations, maintaining up to date knowledge of regulatory changes and their impact on workforce planning.
