Role overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured classes for children and young students.
• Teach basic and advanced techniques according to students' age and ability, including kicks, punches, blocks, stances, forms, and appropriate self-defence.
• Develop discipline, concentration, fitness, confidence, and respect.
• Include warm-up, stretching, and cool-down in every session.
• Maintain a safe, well-controlled training environment.
• Monitor progress and give constructive feedback.
• Prepare students for demonstrations, grading, competitions, or centre events where appropriate.
• Communicate professionally and positively with students and parents.

Candidate requirements

• Recognized Taekwondo training, qualification, or certification and practical Taekwondo knowledge and experience.
• Previous experience teaching children; training-centre or school experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom-management skills; ability to teach different skill levels.
• Patient, disciplined, encouraging, professional, punctual, and reliable.
• Relevant coaching credentials and UAE experience are advantageous.

Schedule

• Part-time work, two days per week and two hours per day.
• Classes are scheduled within the 4:00 PM–7:00 PM window; exact days and times are agreed based on availability and centre needs.

Payment

• Payment is hourly and based on experience, qualifications, and the agreed teaching rate.

Work location

• Work is in person at Impact Talent Centre in Dubai.
