A supermarket is seeking a customer-focused Sales Executive to manage its gift counter.
The role supports both in-store and online sales for Mughal Souk.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to customers and drive in-store sales.
- Manage the gift counter, displays, stock, and daily sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and online orders.
- Manage social media, promotions, and digital marketing.
- Support online sales through WhatsApp and other platforms.
Requirements
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills are required.
- Good English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
- Comfort with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and online sales is required.
- Basic Canva and digital marketing skills are a plus.
- The candidate should be presentable, energetic, organized, and target-oriented.
Location and workplace
- The role is located in Oud Metha, Dubai.
- Work is performed in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 per month.
