Accounts & Administrative Assistant (Female)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Finance: Manage daily accounting entries, track expenses, handle invoicing, reconcile accounts, and prepare routine financial reports.
• Reception & Administration: Greet visitors, manage incoming calls and emails, schedule appointments, and keep the reception area organized and professional.
• Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to client inquiries, handle service requests, and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Social Media Management: Assist in updating social media channels, responding to client messages or comments online, and creating engaging posts for center updates.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Education: Degree or formal background in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle client interactions and social media platforms.
• Social Media Proficiency: Basic knowledge of content scheduling and audience engagement across major social platforms.
• Work Ethic: Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and seeking stable, long-term employment.
• Eligibility: Open to candidates of any nationality or age group.

Compensation

• Pay: AED 2,000.00 - AED 2,500.00 per month.
