Leads end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects in financial services, preferably banking.
The role requires project governance, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, regulatory awareness, and delivery experience across international or multi-country environments.
Mandatory and experience requirements
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- At least 7 years of hands-on project management experience, including responsibility for scope, schedule, cost, risks, resources, stakeholders, vendors, and delivery outcomes.
- Proven IT project delivery experience in financial services; banking experience is preferred.
- Experience managing medium- to large-scale IT projects in banking or financial services environments.
- Experience managing international, regional, or multi-country projects.
- Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery approaches.
- Experience managing internal teams, external vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers.
- Experience working with senior management, business sponsors, technology teams, and external vendors in a structured governance environment.
Education and professional qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- PMP certification is required.
- PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, COBIT, or PMI-ACP certifications are preferred.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects, preferably in financial services or banking.
- Provide project governance and manage scope, schedules, costs, risks, resources, and delivery outcomes.
- Manage stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers.
- Coordinate delivery across international or multi-country environments.
- Work with senior management, business sponsors, and technology teams within a structured governance environment.
