Support databases, monitoring tools and performance dashboards used by operational teams, helping maintain accurate information and reliable system use.
Technical and data support
- Provide technical support for databases holding operational and monitoring information; support day-to-day monitoring tool use.
- Investigate reported technical issues, gather relevant information, troubleshoot problems and resolve or identify the need for further technical attention.
- Update system data accurately, verify changes and investigate discrepancies that affect monitoring or reporting.
- Check that dashboard source information and displayed results align; investigate missing, inconsistent or unexpected dashboard information.
- Help operational users with technical difficulties and provide practical guidance on supported tools.
- Keep clear records of issues, updates and actions to support follow-up on recurring problems.
Required qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Systems.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
