Support operational monitoring and improvement by collecting, analysing and reporting inspection and complaint data.
Turn operational records into clear findings, track performance indicators and prepare reports for informed decisions and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and organise inspection, complaint and related operational data; check records for completeness and consistency.
- Analyse data for trends, recurring issues and operational performance changes; monitor indicators and maintain results over time.
- Compare reporting periods and explain significant movements, patterns and exceptions.
- Prepare reports with tables, charts and written observations, and maintain traceable analysis files and source records.
- Review findings with relevant teams, clarify information, identify improvement opportunities and track results.
Must-have qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or Management.
- At least five years of relevant professional experience.
