Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Daily Tasks
-
Prepare and submit daily IT operational reports.
-
Process user requests including mailbox size increase and password resets.
-
Create shared folders and assign appropriate access permissions.
-
Monitor server health in vCenter, including storage alerts and performance status.
Weekly Tasks
-
Prepare weekly operational and performance reports.
-
Verify Veeam backup status and troubleshoot backup/patch failures.
-
Perform weekly tape drive changeover.
-
Critical Processes
-
Monitor Active Directory health and file server disk space to prevent outages and performance issues.

Technical Skills
Office 365 administration
Active Directory management
File server management
Veeam Backup & Replication
VMware (vCenter) operations
ManageEngine suite (AD Manager, ServiceDesk, etc.)
Soft Skills
Good communication
Strong coordination and follow up abilities
Ability to understand IT infrastructure concepts and troubleshoot independently
Experience:
Preferably someone familiar with Windows infrastructure, backups, and virtualization environments.
