This contractor role involves leveraging hands-on Salesforce experience to drive workflow efficiency, data accuracy, and insightful reporting. As a remote worker, you will play a vital part in developing and maintaining high-quality CRM data and processes for AI training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Salesforce daily to manage and update leads, opportunities, and customer records with precision

• Ensure CRM data integrity through accurate data entry, validation, and regular audits

• Navigate Salesforce workflows and optimize day-to-day processes for team effectiveness

• Create and analyze reports to drive business insights and inform decision-making

• Develop and maintain high-quality CRM data and processes for AI training initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Salesforce CRM management expertise

• Proficiency in Salesforce navigation, reporting, and dashboards

• Data entry and validation skills with attention to detail

• Workflow usage and optimization experience

• Customer data management and analysis skills
