Swimming Pool & Landscape Supervisor

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily swimming pool and landscaping works on site.
• Coordinate and monitor workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Supervise pool construction, waterproofing, tiling, equipment installation, and finishing.
• Oversee softscape and hardscape activities, including planting, irrigation, and paving.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, and site teams.
• Monitor work quality and ensure required standards are maintained.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available on site according to the work schedule.
• Monitor daily progress and report site updates to the project manager.
• Identify site issues and coordinate solutions to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety requirements; maintain site organization and worker discipline.
• Conduct inspections before handover of completed works.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of UAE experience in swimming pool and/or landscape construction.
• Strong practical knowledge of swimming pool construction and landscape works.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience supervising site workers and subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage several site activities simultaneously.
• A UAE driving license and immediate availability are advantages.

Preferred experience

• Experience with luxury villas, high-end residential projects, swimming pools, landscaping, or outdoor construction works is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 4,000–6,000 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person.
