Role overview
Manage residential and commercial HVAC construction and fit-out projects in Dubai from estimating through handover.
Responsibilities
- Review client requests and drawings, and visit sites to assess project scope.
- Prepare HVAC estimates, BOQs, work schedules, and payment schedules.
- Present commercial proposals and negotiate contract terms.
- Identify building management requirements and obtain approvals, including DCD and DEWA.
- Manage on-site air conditioning, ventilation, ducting, and related HVAC work.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, procurement, and other departments.
- Agree additional work, changes, and revised schedules with clients.
- Control timelines, material requests, costs, and client payments; send weekly photo and video progress updates.
- Prepare and sign completion certificates, close project stages, and oversee testing and commissioning.
- Hand over projects with warranties and documentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of UAE experience as an HVAC Project Manager or Engineer.
- Fit-out or renovation experience with apartments, villas, or commercial spaces.
- Strong HVAC technical knowledge, including installation and commissioning.
- Experience with authority and building management approvals, estimates, BOQs, and project schedules.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and Word; 1C or Odoo experience is a plus.
- Strong client communication and negotiation skills; English required.
- Russian or Ukrainian is a plus; UAE driving licence preferred.
Pay
- AED 5,400–15,000 per month.
