Role overview
Support HSE, safety documentation, and project coordination for villa construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Monitor safety requirements at villa construction sites and identify unsafe conditions during site visits.
- Prepare and maintain risk assessments, method statements, toolbox talks, checklists, and inspection reports.
- Follow up on safety observations and corrective actions; coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Assist with site inductions, toolbox talks, authority documentation and submissions, and authority or site inspections.
- Maintain HSE records and provide general HSE and technical project support.
Requirements
- HSE or Civil Engineering degree or diploma required; two years of HSE Engineer experience in construction required.
- Knowledge of UAE construction HSE requirements and basic understanding of Dubai authority procedures.
- Valid UAE driving license required; Dubai experience preferred.
- IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent HSE certification and SOE card or membership are advantageous.
- Good communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills; professional attitude and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to attend villa construction sites and authority offices as required.
Pay
- AED 5,000–7,000 per month.

- Work is in person and involves villa construction sites and authority offices.
