Electrical Project Manager responsible for running electrical and low-current projects in Dubai from estimate through handover.
Pay is AED 5,400–15,000 per month. Work location is in person.
Project delivery and technical scope
- Review client requests and drawings and visit sites to assess scope.
- Prepare electrical estimates, BOQs, work schedules, and payment schedules; present commercial proposals and negotiate contract terms.
- Obtain building management and DEWA approvals, including load increase applications.
- Manage on-site power, lighting, DB panel, and ELV works, including CCTV, access control, intercom, smart home, Wi-Fi, audio, and multimedia.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, procurement, and other departments; agree additional works, changes, and revised schedules with clients.
- Control timelines, material requests, project costs, and client payments; send weekly photo and video progress updates.
- Prepare and sign completion certificates, close project stages, and hand over as-built drawings, warranties, and approvals.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Engineer in the UAE.
- Fit-out or renovation experience with residential and commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and DEWA regulations; ELV experience is a strong plus.
- Experience preparing estimates, BOQs, and project schedules.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and Word; 1C or Odoo experience is a plus.
- Strong client communication and negotiation skills.
- English is required; Russian or Ukrainian is a plus.
- UAE driving licence is preferred.
