  • Support new market entries, store openings, relocations, and outlet launches.

Systems, Warehousing, and Logistics

  • Lead regional ERP implementations and integrations; own system testing, process validation, and data integrity.
  • Enhance system utilization and reporting for operational visibility and decision-making.
  • Oversee warehouse and logistics-partner performance, service levels, KPIs, and lead-time targets.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound operations, inventory accuracy, capacity, stock integrity, and delivery performance.
  • Manage courier, freight, and logistics-provider contracts, negotiations, SLAs, reviews, and improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate aged-stock movements, re-exports, inventory optimization, and bi-annual 3PL stocktakes.

Performance, Finance, and Compliance

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs; provide analysis, recommendations, and updates to regional and global stakeholders.
  • Document and maintain supply-chain processes, quality standards, and best practices.
  • Reconcile logistics costs, freight spending, duty and VAT reporting, and purchase-order accuracy with Finance.
  • Manage logistics budgets, invoice approvals, and cost controls.
  • Lead product, customs, packaging, and labelling compliance initiatives for regional regulatory requirements.

People Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop the regional supply-chain team, building collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor team members, including direct reports, to build capability and support future growth.
