The consultant delivers customer service and personalized product guidance in a luxury retail environment.
The role focuses on fragrance expertise, customer loyalty, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Build guest experience standards and customer loyalty; answer questions about products, prices, availability, uses, and services.
- Assess customer needs, recommend suitable products, and demonstrate product usage and benefits.
- Generate sales against line and sales targets; track store sell-out and post-launch sales; produce daily sales reports and participate in incentives.
- Maintain merchandising to brand guidelines; replenish shelves and counters, report stock shortages, and receive stock according to procedures.
Requirements
- Proven fragrance expertise, including fragrance families, ingredients, layering, and client consultation.
- Strong knowledge of luxury retail standards and premium customer service.
- Fluent spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
