Role overview

Responsibilities

• Build guest experience standards and loyalty; answer questions about products, prices, availability, uses, and services.
• Assess customer needs, recommend product ranges, and demonstrate usage and benefits.
• Generate sales against line and sales targets; track sell-out and post-launch sales; produce daily reports and participate in incentives.
• Maintain brand merchandising standards, handle launches and promotions, replenish stock, report shortages, and receive stock according to procedures.
• Maintain counter cleanliness and high grooming standards.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in the beauty industry.
• Experience across skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories.
• Fluent spoken English communication skills.
