Role summary

Leads and optimizes supply chain operations across the Middle East, focusing on continuous improvement, service levels, cost reduction, and business growth.

Manages warehouse, logistics, systems, and supplier partnerships; leads key projects, supports regional expansion, provides performance insights, and develops a small team.

Operations and continuous improvement

  • Lead initiatives to reduce lead times, improve service levels, optimize replenishment, and increase regional operational efficiency.
  • Implement automation, system enhancements, and process-improvement projects to support growth and scalability.
  • Transform regional supply chain planning and build scalable, agile solutions for current and future business needs.
  • Support new market entries, store openings, relocations, and outlet launches with supply chain readiness and execution.
  • Act as escalation point for supply chain, logistics, and warehouse issues and drive timely resolution.
  • Develop S&OP with commercial, retail, finance, and supply chain stakeholders to align demand, inventory, and capacity.

Systems, warehouse, and logistics

  • Lead regional supply chain systems projects, including ERP implementations and integrations; own system testing, process validation, and data integrity.
  • Improve system utilization and reporting to strengthen visibility and decision-making.
  • Oversee regional warehouses and logistics partners against service levels, KPIs, and lead-time targets.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound operations, inventory accuracy, capacity, stock integrity, and delivery performance.
  • Manage courier, freight, and logistics-provider relationships, including contract negotiations, SLAs, performance reviews, and improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate aged-stock movements, re-exports, and inventory optimization; manage bi-annual stocktakes for global and regional 3PLs.

Performance and reporting

  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards, reports, and KPIs for warehouse, logistics, and supply chain performance.
  • Provide performance analysis, recommendations, and business updates to regional and global stakeholders.
