Supply Chain Manager - Zimmerman

Role summary

Operations and systems

• Lead improvement initiatives to reduce lead times, improve service levels, optimize replenishment, and increase regional operational efficiency.
• Implement automation, system enhancements, and process improvements to support growth and scalability.
• Transform regional planning processes and develop scalable, agile supply chain solutions.
• Support new market entries, store openings, relocations, and outlet launches.
• Lead supply chain systems projects, including ERP implementations and integrations; oversee testing, process validation, data integrity, utilization, and reporting enhancements.
• Develop S&OP processes with commercial, retail, finance, and supply chain stakeholders to align demand, inventory, and capacity.

Warehouse, logistics, and reporting

• Oversee regional warehouse and logistics partner performance, service levels, KPIs, lead times, inbound and outbound operations, inventory accuracy, capacity, stock integrity, and delivery.
• Manage courier, freight, and logistics provider relationships, contracts, SLAs, performance reviews, and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate aged stock movements, re-exports, inventory optimization, and bi-annual stocktakes for global and regional 3PLs.
• Develop operational dashboards, reports, and KPIs, and provide analysis and updates to regional and global stakeholders.
• Document and maintain supply chain processes, quality standards, and best practices.

Finance, compliance, and people

• Partner with Finance on logistics costs, freight spending, duty and VAT reporting, and purchase order accuracy.
• Manage logistics budgets, invoice approvals, and cost-control initiatives.
• Lead upstream product, customs, packaging, and labelling compliance initiatives across the region.
• Lead, coach, and develop the regional supply chain team and support team members' capability and performance.

What you'll need

• Have 5 or more years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or retail operations.
• Bring proven leadership experience managing teams and key stakeholders.
• Have strong project management and continuous improvement capability.
• Have experience managing logistics providers, contracts, and supplier performance.
• Have advanced ERP, systems integration, and data analysis skills.
• Have strong knowledge of international logistics, warehousing, customs, VAT, and compliance.
