We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead and transform end-to-end Procurement & Contracts, Logistics (Fleet & Heavy Equipment), and Warehouse operations across multiple construction projects in KSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute company-wide supply chain strategy
- Lead procurement, supplier negotiations, and long-term frame agreements
- Approve high-value procurement and subcontractor agreements within delegated authority limits
- Optimize heavy equipment utilization, fleet movement, and workshop maintenance
- Oversee multi-site warehouse operations and inventory control
- Set departmental KPIs, budgets, and governance frameworks
- Drive enterprise-wide cost optimization and data-driven performance improvement
- Lead supply chain transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, visibility, and integration across all projects
- Lead monthly S&OP with project managers and site teams
- Implement supply chain technology improvements (ERP, RFID, fleet systems)
- Establish supplier scorecards and lead vendor performance reviews
- Manage third-party transport contracts and SLAs
- Ensure compliance with ZATCA, VAT, and company policies
- Enforce warehouse HSE standards (fire safety, MSDS, chemical storage)
- Lead Supply Chain Risk assessment and business continuity planning
- Prepare monthly executive reports covering cost savings, OTIF, inventory turns, and fleet availability
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and team development
- Build succession plans and capability across the function
- Represent supply chain in executive and project meetings
- Ensure supply chain excellence through robust governance, operational discipline, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
- 10–15 years’ experience, with 5+ years in construction/contracting in KSA or GCC
- Certifications preferred: CSCP, CPIM, or PMP
- Fluent in English
