Corporate Excellence Manager
The role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive operational excellence and improve business performance.
Leading and driving organizational excellence initiatives across construction projects, engineering functions, and corporate departments to ensure alignment with company strategy, operational efficiency, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and governing the company's performance management, quality, HSE, risk, and continuous improvement systems across all construction projects, engineering functions, and corporate departments
- Ensures the entire organization operates according to world-class excellence standards and aligns with corporate strategy
- Lead the corporate strategic planning process and track execution progress
- Develop, deploy, and govern Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the organization — including project-level metrics such as schedule adherence, cost variance, productivity, HSE, and quality
- Manage performance management systems for projects and departments
- Maintain, and continuously improve Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001)
- Oversee compliance with HSE Management Systems (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) through audits and performance monitoring
- Lead internal audits across all projects and departments to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and industry standards
- Develop governance frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures for organizational effectiveness
- Oversee enterprise risk management frameworks, ensuring project risks are integrated into the corporate risk profile
- Lead readiness for external audits, certifications, and excellence assessments (e.g., EFQM, Baldrige, or client excellence awards)
- Drive enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery, engineering quality, and corporate efficiency
- Analyze organizational and project performance data using tools like Power BI to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across all business units
- Support digital transformation initiatives related to performance management, reporting, and governance systems (e.g., ERP, dashboards, project management software)
- Prepare executive-level reports with actionable insights for the CEO.
- Collaborate with the PMO and project management teams to ensure alignment with corporate excellence standards and performance frameworks
- Provide governance and oversight to ensure project controls (planning, cost control, risk) are functioning effectively
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil / Industrial preferred) or Business Administration.
- Master’s degree is an advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or contracting environments.
- Proven experience in organizational excellence, performance management, or quality governance (not purely project execution roles).
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks (PMO, planning, cost control) from a governance and oversight perspective.
- Hands-on experience with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Experience in enterprise performance management and KPI frameworks.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualization/reporting tools.

- Reduction in recurring performance issues across projects
- Compliance with governance frameworks and audit results

- Implementation rate of continuous improvement initiatives
- HSE and quality performance trends at corporate oversight level.
