To strengthen our leadership team in Doha, we are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations.

Role Overview

The Supply Chain Director will be responsible for leading supply chain strategy, managing logistics operations, and ensuring seamless coordination across procurement, warehousing, and distribution. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international logistics standards.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and partners to optimize supply chain performance.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and resource allocation effectively.
• Lead and mentor supply chain teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on supply chain performance and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management, with at least 5 years in a director-level role.
• Proven track record of managing complex supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, logistics software, and supply chain analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to QAR32,000.00 per month
