Senior Procurement & Supply Chain Manager
About This Role
Job Summary:
Biotec One Advanced Solutions W.L.L. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who excels in cost optimization, vendor negotiation, and building efficient, scalable supply chain systems.
You will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, reducing costs, and strengthening supplier relationships in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management
- Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize risk
- Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, and logistics operations
- Manage procurement budgets and track cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement and supply chain team
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics management
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and cost optimization
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics
- Experience managing suppliers and complex procurement operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management tools
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
