About This Role

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships and promoting logistics and supply chain solutions, including domestic and international courier services, express shipping, freight forwarding, e-commerce logistics, warehousing, transportation, customs clearance and last-mile delivery. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence and delivering tailored logistics solutions to corporate clients across various industries in Qatar.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the logistics, freight, courier, and supply chain sectors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, key accounts, and potential customers
  • Promote company services including domestic and international shipping, freight forwarding, warehousing, and customs solutions
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts and service agreements
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activity and industry trends
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Attend client meetings and networking events
  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates and forecasts to the Sales Manager
  • Negotiate pricing and service terms while maintaining profitability

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
  • 2–5 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, courier or transportation industry
  • Strong understanding of supply chain solutions, freight operations and logistics services

SALARY RANGE

Mid-Level: QAR 6,000 – 8,000 + commission + benefits

Senior / Key Account Focus: QAR 8,000 – 10,000+ depending on portfolio and industry network
