Responsibilities
- 1.Ensure efficient workflow within the warehouse, optimizing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Maintain sufficient resources across all teams, working with team leaders to ensure optimal workforce and fleet utilization.
- Identify workforce needs and distribute manpower based on workload fluctuations.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) requirements.
- Identify areas of concern and report to the Manager Warehouse collaborating with team leaders to resolve issues effectively.
- Minimize incorrect distribution of freight to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Formulate and implement regular maintenance schedules to prevent unforeseen problems and ensure safety.
- 8.Ensure the highest quality standards are met to exceed client QA requirements and maintain Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
- Guide new staff towards development, support on-the-job training, and ensure all team members have access to learning opportunities.
- Plan and delegate daily responsibilities, ensuring targets for shipping, task completion, space utilization, and manpower utilization are met.
