Role purpose

Supply planning and coordination

• Prepare annual product requirements with monthly breakdowns based on term contract quantities and submit for review and approval.
• Prepare weekly 13-week product requirement programs and coordinate them with ADNOC Marketing, refinery, sales, and aviation stakeholders.
• Review daily depot stock positions and request daily supply from Abu Dhabi Refinery through pipelines or tankers.
• Coordinate product availability, depot receipts, and pipeline transfers, including pumping sequence and quantity targets.
• Forward Jet A1 vessel nominations for supply to Sharjah International Airport Depot.

Records, budgets, and team support

• Check refinery tank-gauging reports, product quantity certificates, tank levels, and quantity calculations.
• Certify contractors’ monthly delivery statements for approval and forwarding to Financial Accounts.
• Prepare annual PDN/PTN requirements, follow up pending items, and review monthly stock and movement statements.
• Compare planned product requirements with receipts and depot offtake; prepare the area’s annual capital budget.
• Prepare Supply Assistants’ leave schedules and annual appraisals, and visit depots to facilitate supply and support procedural compliance.

Minimum qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• Five years’ experience in petroleum terminal operations and product supply.
• Good knowledge of Arabic and English.
• Valid UAE driving license and PC literacy.

Work environment

• Work is mostly in air-conditioned surroundings; depot visits involve exposure to prevailing weather.
• Driving, standing, and walking are frequently involved during depot visits.
