Role overview
Supervise steel-fixing crews through Foremen on an airport raft foundation reinforcement package.
Deliver daily tonnage to drawings and bar bending schedules, safely and ready for inspection.
Steel-fixing work
- Control crews across an assigned raft or zone.
- Oversee bar placement, tying, laps, couplers, chairs, supports and spacers.
- Track productivity and maintain safe, inspection-ready installation.
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of UAE/Gulf steel-fixing experience as a Supervisor.
- Large raft or foundation reinforcement experience is required.
- The source states experience supervising more than 60 steel fixers through Foremen.
- Civil engineering diploma or ITI qualification is listed; diploma education is also marked preferred.
- Eight years of steel-fixing supervisor experience on large raft foundations is listed as preferred.
