Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction site activities and allocate tasks to workers; monitor productivity and work progress.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, HSE officers, and other supervisors.
- Ensure work meets project schedules and quality standards; monitor attendance, work allocation, and site discipline.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
- Conduct shift handovers and communicate pending tasks and progress updates.
- Identify operational issues, delays, and resource shortages and report them to management.
- Maintain daily shift reports and records of manpower and work progress.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used properly.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Shift Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or Construction Supervisor.
- Previous construction or contracting industry experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of construction site operations and manpower supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Ability to manage site teams and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work day or night shifts as required.
- Availability in the UAE and immediate joining are preferred.
- At least one year of construction site supervision experience is required.
Pay
- AED 2,000–2,500 per month.

- Work is in person in Dubai, UAE.
