Candidate Profile
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior food and beverage service role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a professional and guest-oriented approach.
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- A diploma or certification in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
- A committed and reliable work approach.
Schedule and Work Conditions
- Flexible availability is required for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- The role may require extended hours or outdoor work depending on the outlet type.
- The role involves standing for long periods and occasional lifting.
