Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment; be committed, reliable, flexible, and confident.
Preferred qualifications
- Hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with reservation software, POS systems, or MS Office is an advantage.
- Additional language ability is an advantage.
