About you
- 1–2 years of bartending or beverage-service experience; hotel or high-end venue experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, garnishes, and drink presentation.
- Guest-focused approach, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros and inventory procedures.
- Responsible alcohol-service certification is an advantage.
- Fluent English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
- Must comply with local food-handling and alcohol-service laws.
- Diploma, high school education, or certificate preferred.
- Hands-on experience with cash registers and ordering information systems.
