Oversees day-to-day ground operations of CashMyCar inspection bays located within designated Woqod Gas Stations.
Responsible for throughput, vehicle-evaluation quality controls, site personnel, and escalation of customer-service and technical disputes.
Principal accountabilities
- Manage inspection-bay workflow and appointment timelines to maximize daily unit capacity; monitor conversion to live bidding and resolve bottlenecks.
- Enforce company health, safety, and operational standards; oversee vehicle ownership transactions and physical custody transfers.
- Ensure the dual-commission model is applied and recorded correctly; reconcile closed deals, fees, and other amounts before Finance reporting.
- Audit daily samples of inspection reports and verify AI evaluation inputs against physical vehicle findings.
- Oversee diagnostic equipment and site infrastructure; coordinate staff schedules across locations and vehicle movements between hubs.
- Evaluate and coach staff, resolve customer complaints with the CRM department, and prepare operational performance and volume reports for the manager.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Specialization in vehicle inspection.
- 5–10 years of experience.
