Job purpose
Oversee day-to-day operations at CashMyCar inspection bays located within designated Woqod Gas Stations.
Ensure operational throughput, vehicle-evaluation quality, site personnel management and escalation handling for customer-service and technical disputes.
Operations and transactions
- Manage inspection appointments and daily capacity; monitor inspection-to-live-bidding conversion and address bottlenecks.
- Ensure site health, safety and corporate standards are followed.
- Coordinate ownership transactions and physical vehicle transfers between customers and traders.
- Govern the dual-commission structure and reconcile completed-deal fees and other budgets before Finance reporting.
Quality, people and reporting
- Audit technical inspection reports and check AI evaluation inputs against physical vehicle findings.
- Maintain and secure site diagnostic tools, hardware and infrastructure.
- Schedule inspectors, purchase executives and assistants; coordinate drivers and vehicle movements between hubs.
- Coach staff, resolve customer complaints with CRM, and provide performance and volume reports to the manager.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Specialization in vehicle inspection.
- 5–10 years of experience.
