Overview
We are seeking a responsible and hands-on **Restaurant Supervisor** to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support team performance in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
The ideal candidate will lead by example, maintain operational standards, and assist management in achieving sales, service, and cost control targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Lead, motivate, and monitor team members to ensure high service standards
- Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance
- Support inventory control, stock ordering, and wastage management
Requirements
- Minimum **2–3 years** experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a restaurant or café
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Good problem-solving and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,700.00 - AED3,300.00 per month
