We are looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Spare Parts Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our automotive spare parts department.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily spare parts operations, including purchasing, receiving, storage, and issuance.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the timely availability of spare parts.
- Identify and source the correct spare parts for various vehicle makes and models.
- Coordinate with suppliers, workshops, mechanics, and procurement teams.
- Monitor stock movements, conduct regular stock checks, and minimize inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare purchase requests, quotations, and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper storage, stock control, and organization of the spare parts store.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure cost-effective procurement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Qatar in automotive spare parts management or supervision.
- Good knowledge of automotive spare parts, vehicle components, and identification systems.
- Experience in inventory control, stock management, and supplier coordination.
- Familiarity with automotive workshops and spare parts procurement.
- Good communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.
- Computer proficiency and experience with inventory management systems.
- Candidates currently residing in Qatar with valid QID are preferred.
