Lead multiple Facilities Management projects and manage large maintenance teams.

Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Valid UPDA/MME Engineering Registration is mandatory.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Qatar in Facilities Management and MEP maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple FM projects, large maintenance teams, and day-to-day operations.
- Excellent leadership, project management, problem-solving, decision-making, English communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems; good knowledge of Qatar Civil Defense requirements, procedures, and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple Facilities Management projects and manage large maintenance teams.
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations efficiently, including MEP maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Qatar Civil Defense requirements and procedures.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 10,000–11,000 per month.
