Requirements
- Graduate with 2–3 years of relevant sales, customer-service, and administration experience in Qatar.
- Experience in a security services organization is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of sales, customer relationship management, market research, and business development.
- Able to handle field visits, cold calls, networking, sales presentations, and customer follow-ups.
- Experience preparing sales reports, quotations, contracts, and forecasts and maintaining customer records.
- Responsible and capable in reception, visitor management, telephone handling, scheduling, filing, and general administrative support.
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills; proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
- Presentable, organized, self-motivated, and customer-oriented; able to work independently and support sales targets.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 4,000–4,500 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person in Doha, Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Support sales activity and customer relationship management, including market research and business development.
- Conduct field visits, cold calls, networking, sales presentations, and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare sales reports, quotations, contracts, and forecasts and maintain customer records.
- Manage reception duties, visitor management, and telephone handling.
- Schedule appointments, file documents, and provide general administrative support.
- Work independently and support the company in achieving sales targets.
