Join the Facility Management team as a CAFM Helpdesk professional in Doha, Qatar.
The role supports facility management helpdesk operations and coordination.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a CAFM helpdesk role is mandatory.
- Prior experience with a facility management company in Qatar is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of CAFM systems, work orders, service requests, and complaint management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians, supervisors, and clients.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Workplace
- The work location is in person in Doha, Qatar.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 3,500 to QAR 4,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Operate or support a CAFM helpdesk within a facility management team.
- Manage work orders and service requests through CAFM systems.
- Handle and track complaints.
- Coordinate work and service delivery with technicians and supervisors.
- Coordinate effectively with facility management clients.
